Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025: Over 5 Crore participants

new delhi: the 8th edition of pariksha pe charcha (ppc), led by prime minister narendra modi, marked a historic milestone with over 5 crore participants, including 3.56 crore registrations and 1.55 crore engaged in nationwide activities. ppc, launched in 2018 to ease exam-related stress, has evolved into a transformative “jan andolan” (people's movement), resonating with students, teachers, and parents nationwide.between january 12 (national youth day) and january 23 (netaji subhash chandra bose jayanti), schools across india conducted activities to reduce exam stress and enhance focus. over 1.42 crore students, 12.81 lakh teachers, and 2.94 lakh schools participated in events like kho-kho, kabaddi, marathons, meme contests, nukkad nataks, poster-making, yoga, and meditation sessions. students also engaged in discussions, workshops, and plays.on january 23, the bharat hai hum series inspired students with stories of valor, followed by a nationwide quiz competition involving 55,961 students across 567 kendriya vidyalayas. participants included students from cbse, state boards, jawahar navodaya vidyalayas, and pm shri schools. winners received prizes, while all participants were gifted the prime minister's book, exam warriors.ppc 2025 continues to foster a positive learning environment, emphasizing mental well-being and holistic education, and inspiring millions across india.
