madurai: padmasingh isaac, founder, aachi group, addressed the 25th convocation ceremony of rlims (rl institute of management studies) at subbalakshmi lakshmipathy college of science in madurai. he urged graduates to aspire to be job creators rather than job seekers.dr. r. lakshmipathy, president, subbalakshmi lakshmipathy college of science inaugurated the function.isaac emphasized the importance of acquiring additional skills alongside formal education.
