Schools in border areas of Punjab to reopen on Oct, 5

chandigarh:  punjab government decided to reopen all schools in the border areas of the state from oct, 5 that were closed following the increasing tension between india and pakistan post army's surgical strike across the line of control. all those schools which were situated within the border area of 10 km and had been closed due to security reason would be reopened tomorrow, state education minister daljit singh cheema said in a release. the decision has been taken keeping in mind that the students are amidst the academic session and their studies are getting affected.
