TN Class X exam results: 91.39 percent passed

chennai: class x public examination results are out with 91.39 percent of the students having passed. perambalur topped the districts with the highest pass rate.the tamil nadu government board exams were held for class x, plus 1 and plus 2 last march. the plus 2 exam results were released on the 8th of this month. following this, the class x exam results were released today.inthis, a total of 91.39 percent of students have passed the exam. last year it was 90.07 percent. as usual, the female students have a better pass than boys.  that is, 94.66 percent of girls passed and 88.16 percent of boys  passed. this is 6.5 percent higher pass rate for girls than boys.this academic year, 3,718 schools achieved 100 percent pass percentage. students can check their marks using their roll number and date of birth on the websites of the government examinations department, http://www.tnresults.nic.in/ and http://www.dge.tn.gov.in/.also, the score details are sent through sms to the mobile number mentioned by the students.100 percent marks subject wise:subject - number of studentstamil – 0english – 89mathematics - 3,649science - 3,584social science – 320perambalur district topped in tamil nadu with 97.67 percent pass percentage. sivaganga (97.53 per cent) stood second and virudhunagar (96.22 per cent) third. ranipet district took the last place with 83.54 percent pass.
