UPSC 2024 results: Over 130 Kingmakers IAS Academy students clear exam; Sivaschandran tops TN

chennai: the union public service commission (upsc) released the final results of the civil services examination 2024, with over 130 candidates from kingmakers ias academy successfully securing ranks, the institute said.according to kingmakers ias academy director bhoominathan, a total of 138 students from the institute figured in the final selection list. among them, five candidates secured positions within the top 50 nationally.abhishek vashista secured all india rank (air) 14, vibhor bharadwaj air 19, and b. sivaschandran air 23. sivaschandran also emerged as the top-ranked candidate from tamil nadu, the institute said.at the state level, kingmakers' students r. monica and p. pavithra secured the third and fourth ranks, respectively.the other successful candidates from tamil nadu include ishani anand (106), s. saranya (125), n. apsara (192), and several others ranked up to air 969, the institute added.describing the achievement as a “record,” bhoominathan said the results reaffirm the academy's role in helping aspirants from tamil nadu achieve their dream of entering civil services.the upsc civil services examination is conducted annually to recruit officers for the indian administrative service (ias), indian police service (ips), indian foreign service (ifs), and other central services.
