Good initiative Dinamalar for publishing the phone numbers of eb, emergency services, snake rescue during rains handy. This ll help public during this hard time. However the respective spocs should pick the phone and respond religiously. Second is electricity to charge phones and tower should be there to dial in. The last year rains made signals to recover only after a week time.. hope this will be better this time with alerts in place
