I dont understand at all : For example : I ask you for as much money as I want, and you give it to me without any question. It is a matter between us, negotiable. I spend that money as I wish. I am not obligated to give any account of the reception of the amount and the type or manner of the expenses to anyone excepting you, who had given me. Am I correct? Its the same between Sarkozy and his Kadhafi, also. So why do they say it is illegal to use Lebanese money during his Presidential election propagations by Sarkozy and it constitutes financial corruption of the Lebanese state by Sarkozy ? Sarkozy did not ask Khadafi to commit financial corruption of his country, and Kadhafi was not forced to do so also. In this situation, Sarkozy had the right to approach for financial aid / ask for financial help to anyone and the other party had full rights either to give or to refuse. But, without refusing, here, Khadafi had helped Sarkozy financially. Whatever it would had been, here, its Khadafi + who might had been punished and not Sarkozy. Fortunately or unfortunately, Khadafi is dead killed. Therefore, today, this complaint in the court is no longer valid because between the lender and borrower, one person is no more on this earth, living. Let us remember that after her death, Miss Jaya Lalithas case was closed definitively. This rule is applicable for all of us all over the world. In my opinion, all these judges should be judged by the judges themselves, and they should be punished and be put behind the bars.
