இது மாதிரி ஸ்விக்கி, ஜமட்டோ, பிளிங்க்இட், பிக் பாஸ்கெட் போன்ற கம்பெனிகளும் 10 நிமிடத்தில் டெலிவெரி என்று விளம்பரம் செய்கிறார்கள். நன்றாக உற்று நோக்கினால் 10 நிமிடத்திற்கு மேல் ஆகியிருக்கும். ஆனால் அப்பிளிகேஷனில் 2 அல்லது 3 நிமிடம் என்று காட்டிக்கொண்டே இருக்கும்.

Rapido really must close down , not just make them fine only . Last time in Chennai I met with the accident when I am riding in Rapido auto . The driver rashly rode and bump on to the speed breaker me and my wife head the metal bar above our head she very very minor injury but for me I went to see doctor . I raised the police complaint but the Rapido just have me onto the money what exactly I spend in the hospital and not even a courtesy call and after paying also they did it I even message or mail me saying how much compensation nothing . It took 2 months for them to pay . Worst and terrible service from Rapido
