IIM Raipur hosts HR Summit 2025 on theme People, Purpose, and Possibilities
raipur: the indian institute of management (iim) raipur hosted its annual hr summit 2025 on november 8 and 9, bringing together industry leaders, hr professionals, and academicians to discuss emerging challenges and opportunities in the future of work.themed “people, purpose, and possibilities,” the two-day event featured over 35 eminent speakers from organisations including citi, tata motors, bridgestone india, kyndryl, accenture, payu, bpcl, aster dm healthcare, and mosaic wellness.smt. suparna tandon, chief executive officer of the national pension system (nps) trust, was the chief guest, while ms. rajita singh, chief people officer of kyndryl, attended as guest of honour.inhis inaugural address, prof. sanjeev prashar, director-in-charge of iim raipur, underscored the need for leaders who combine conscience with compassion, stating that “when people are at the heart of every decision, possibilities multiply.”delivering the keynote address, smt. tandon stressed the importance of ethical and purpose-driven leadership, while ms. singh, in her valedictory remarks, highlighted hr's evolving role as a catalyst for inclusion, innovation, and transformation.the summit featured six panel discussions covering topics such as ethical and human-centered leadership, talent management in the age of ai, sustainability in hr, and linking people strategy to financial performance.according to iim raipur, the discussions aimed to redefine the hr function as a strategic enabler of resilient, ethical, and future-focused organizations.
