How much can the State ask the Centre this time? We will have lots of commitments for the State (assembly elections...)

how come within 2 days most of the lakes are full useless government not cleaning at all to retain full capacity.
The lakes are getting filled up quickly because of the hard work of this Government in the recent 3 years. In 2021 there was problem, they studied the problem, discussed multiple solutions and implemented optimal solution. As all the rain water is routed to lakes by clearing the passage way, lakes are getting filled up. It is not that there is 50% silt like coffee tumbler in hotels, where the tumbler will be tall but the bottom plate will be at middle of the tumbler.
