Thiruvathira Kali, performed by women in elegant attire, symbolized purity and community spirit through synchronized movements. Mohiniyattam captivated the audience with its intricate storytelling and graceful gestures, reflecting Kerala's rich artistic traditions.A notable element of the parade was the Kavadi, a colorful structure symbolizing devotion, which participants carried proudly, enhancing the visual appeal of the event. This tradition emphasized the Academy's mission to share South Indian customs with the broader community.The performance of Kathakali, a traditional dance-drama, showcased elaborate costumes and expressive storytelling rooted in Hindu mythology. The meticulous artistry allowed performers to convey deep emotions without words, immersing the audience in divine narratives. Theyyam, another highlight, combined worship and performance, educating spectators about its cultural significance through dynamic movements and elaborate costumes.The auditory experience was enriched by the Chenda, a traditional percussion instrument, played by skilled drummers, which infused the atmosphere with energy and rhythm.
