Already the quality of cigarettes have come down. Cigarette mfg companies afraid of revising the prices upwards have reduced the quality by a different mix of Tobacco. Now with the new increase in excuse the quality will definitely further detoriate and the prices would go up. So a smoker who is supposed to get cancer in 10 years will get in 7 years itself
