CSIR-SERC inks MoUs with NIT-Tiruchirapalli and SSN College of Engineering

chennai: the csir-structural engineering research centre (csir-serc), chennai, signed memoranda of understanding (mous) for academic and research collaboration with the national institute of technology, tiruchirapalli (nit-t), and sri sivasubramaniya nadar college of engineering (ssnce) on tuesday.the mous were exchanged at csir-serc in the presence of dr. n. anandavalli, director, csir-serc; dr. g. aghila, director, nit-t; and dr. s. radha, principal, ssnce. senior faculty and scientists from the institutions, including dr. s. t. ramesh (dean, academic, nit-t), dr. v. sankaranarayanan (dean, research and consultancy, nit-t), dr. n. sivakumar (professor and head, civil engineering, ssnce), prof. k. ramanjeneyalu (ssnce), dr. k. sathish kumar (chief scientist and head, bkmd, csir-serc), dr. a. kanchana devi (principal scientist and coordinator for ssnce), and dr. b. arun sundaram (senior principal scientist and coordinator for nit-t), participated in the event.the collaboration aims to strengthen academic exchange, promote joint research, and facilitate knowledge transfer in the field of structural engineering and allied disciplines. both nit-t and ssnce expressed their keen interest in developing a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership with csir-serc to advance research, innovation, and capacity building.
