Even after falling down, 5 lamps are glowing well out of 6. So, electrically strong, but civil foundation weak, or foundation bolts not tightened. Was the lamp post hit by any vehicle? CCTV footage to be seen. Were all the foundation bolts provided? All such lamp posts should be checked immediately to see whether such unsafe condition exists in them also due to unsafe act by concerned erection team.
