first let actor vijay pay balance customs duty for his Rolls Royce car before comments about others. if he is trying to avoid to pay the duty, he will never run the state well rather will steal in different ways like dmk. as soon as he seated on the cm chair his first thing will be how to get exemption to the car to clear and register. this itself is one of the corruption why does he need 50% duty exemption for his car? what has he done to the country till now?
