142nd Grand Blood Donation Camp organized by TNTJ Riyadh for HAJJ PILGRIMS

The Tamil Nadu Thowheed Jamath (TNTJ) Riyadh Wing organized its 142nd blood donation camp today i.e., 24.05.2024, aiming the requirement and usage for Hajj pilgrims in coordination with King Fahad Medical City (KFMC) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. More than 68 donated successfully among 75 registered donors.Speaking on the event, the Riyadh Regional Blood Donation Coordinator of Tamil Nadu Tawheed Jamaat Bro. Sheik Prem Nawas denoted the purpose of conducting these blood donation camps is the Nobel thought of 'Islam is seeking the welfare of others' as the Holy Quran says, 'Whoever makes a person live, it is as if he made all the people of the world live' (Al-Qur'an 5:32).By the grace of almighty, TNTJ has conducted 141 camps in Riyadh alone in the last 19 years and has donated thousands of liters of blood during numerous occasions. TNTJ has been awarded many times by the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia. in recognition of Voluntary Donation Camps and for their voluntary services,President Bro. Syed Ibrahim said, 'This is a life-saving service of great magnitude, and such acts of kindness are a tribute to the brotherhood and love of the Indian nation'. And he said that this blood donation camp, which was organized to reflect the diversity of our Indian nation and proclaim the sacrifices and patriotism of Indians in other countries, expressed humanity not only with words but also with their blood sacrifice.Dr. Ammar Hasan Al Sughayir Head of Blood Bank KFMC and his team handed full support to TNTJ volunteers and thanked TNTJ organizers for organizing such kind of noble work continuously.The Director of Hospitals expressed gratitude for the entire arrangements and full-time coordination done by TNTJ's Administrators.
