It is bit confusing scenarios A person convicted by lower courts but on appeal , its judgement is restrained so that an appeal could be heard , how we consider that person as an innocent ? he is not innocent unless higher court rejects the judgement and exonerate him Will anyone could explain in indian legal point ?
