மறுமணம் செய்யவில்லை சான்றிதழ்: போக்குவரத்து ஓய்வூதியர்கள் அவதி

For 100 rs pension for my grandmother in year 1982 I got a non remarriage certificate. At that time my grandmother was aged 79 and my grandfather deceased when he was 81 in the year 1969. Its a mandatory though looks silly for the age of my grandmother then but cant help.

இந்த சட்ட வரையறை 40, 50 ஆண்டுகளாக நடைமுறை யில் இருக்கிறது. இதில் என்ன மன உளைச்சல்??

தமிழகம் எல்லாவற்றிக்கும் முன்னோடி என்று சொல்பவர்கள், இந்த திருமணம் ஆகவில்லை சான்றிதழ் சேவையை, திருமணப்பதிவு அலுவலகத்துடன் லைப் சர்டிபிகேட் வாங்கும் போது கம்ப்யூட்டர் மூலம் இணைத்து காலரை தூக்கிவிடலாம் இல்லியா? மத்திய அரசு ஜீவன் பிரமான் என்ற e- சேவை வைத்திருந்த போதும், கருவூலம் என்ற மோபைல் செயலியில் போட்டிக்காக லைப் சர்டிபிகேட் வாங்கும் திறன் கொண்டுவர தெரிந்தவர்களுக்கு திருமணப்பதிவு அலுவலகத்துடன் லைப் சர்டிபிகேட் வாங்கும் முறையை ஏன் இணைக்கத்தெரியவில்லை?

நல்லவேளை ...என்று வாழ்ந்தவர்கள் இப்பொழுது இல்லை. இருந்தால் அவர்களும் இது போன்ற சிரமங்களை எதிர் நோக்க வேண்டிவரும்.

சில நாட்களுக்கு முன் படித்த செய்தி ஈரானில் ஓய்வூதியம் உயர்த்தாவிட்டால் தாங்கள் இளம்வயது பெண்களை மறுமணம் செய்து கொள்வோம் என்று பென்ஷன் சங்கம் அரசை மிரட்டி ஓய்வூதியம் உயர்த்தி பெற்றுக் கொண்டார்கள். அது போல் நடக்காமல் இருக்க அரசு முயற்சியோ என்னவோ

It is mandatory that pensioners should submit 1. Life certificate 2. Non Employment certificate yearly as per prescribed guidelines. In case of family pensioners, they have to submit in addition to above, Non Marriage Certificate also. But VAO certificate is not needed. Self declaration is enough. The purpose is , if the family pensioner is employed, the DA portion of pension will not be paid. Only the stipulated family pension alone will be paid. In case the family pensioner gets married, the pensioner loses the TAG of spouse and hence not eligible for pension.
